About Us
WHO WE ARE
Dr. Tuuyen Do, DDS
Since graduating from the UC San Francisco School of Dentistry in 2000, Dr. Do has practiced locally with some of the best cosmetic dentists in the Bay Area. She understands that modern dentistry means providing quality dental care while providing a positive experience for her patients. She continues to seek out the best materials and latest techniques that make dentistry safer, faster, more comfortable, and more esthetic. Her perfectionism has resulted in thousands of beautiful bonded restorations. But more importantly, her caring nature has resulted in thousands of life-long friendships with her patients and their families.
Dr. Do grew up in Milpitas, attending Milpitas’ outstanding elementary, middle, and high schools. She excelled in both scholarship and athletics; winning both the Leo B. Murphy and Senior Athlete of the year awards. After graduating from dental school, she moved back to Milpitas to raise her two children in the city that she loves most. Her children have both graduated college and her daughter is now attending dental school. She has filled her time with various volunteer activities, enjoys singing with the Faith Choir at St. Elizabeth Church, and hanging out with her dog, Milo, and six chickens.

Michelle
Director of Patient Care
Michelle is also a Bay Area native who graduated from Notre Dame High School in San Jose. She continued her education at Santa Clara University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Sciences.
What makes Michelle most famous is her Olympian status! She was the youngest woman in history to represent the United States Women’s Table Tennis National Team in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. She continues to coach table tennis in her spare time.
But, these days, most of her time is taken by her kids, Jordan, Evie, & Asher. She and her husband, Barney, love taking their kids and their dog, Odie, on various mini trips down to San Diego and LA. They visit family in San Diego, and Michelle’s second home at Hogwarts in Universal Studios, Hollywood. She’s a huge Harry Potter fan.
In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, reading, crafting, and singing with multiple church choirs, including the Faith Choir with Dr Do!
Nikki, RDH
Before moving to San Jose in 2007, Nikki grew up in Peterborough, New Hampshire. Following high school, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Fitness, and went on to assist many people in reaching their fitness and health goals. Upon replanting in the Bay Area, Nikki continued her studies and became a Registered Dental Hygienist, a profession she always wanted to pursue.
In 2011, Nikki married a fellow Granite Stater and have their hands full with their daughter, Evyn. Nikki has also convinced her parents to move to the Sunshine State, so she feels so blessed to have their help while she’s at work.
Nikki pursued education in myofunctional therapy to deepen her understanding of the function of the muscles of the face and mouth. She works with patients to improve their oral health and overall wellness.
Coincidentally, Peterborough is the same tiny little town that Dr. Do lived in when her family first immigrated here from Vietnam. So, when Dr. Do met Nikki at her previous office they formed an instant bond. They have been working together since 2007 and share the same treatment philosophy.
Nina
LEAD Dental Assistant
Nina started as a patient of the practice when she was 13 years old. She spent the majority of her childhood playing competitive soccer for a few different leagues. Dr. Do and her dad were classmates at Milpitas High School. She continued the Trojan tradition, graduating from MHS in 2019 where she used her dance skills as a cheerleader.
You can visit Nina at her other job at the Olive Garden at the Great Mall. Between working part time at 2 jobs, in her spare time, Nina has been teaching herself how to do acrylic nails to become a nail technician. She also loves everything to do with makeup – from doing her own, to doing her friends/family, watching tutorials, and especially makeup shopping.
Erin
Dental Assistant
We call Erin the Little Boss. She’s been working at Skye since she can remember!
Erin graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Disease Biology and a minor in Public Health. During undergrad, she was the co-president of the largest pre-dental club on campus and volunteered at a dental clinic that serves a nearby underserved community. She also works part-time at an orthodontics office.
She’s starting at the UCSF School of Dentistry in the Fall to follow in her mom’s footsteps–we call her the Little Boss because we hope she will grow into being our Big Boss.
Judel
Dental Assistant
Raised in the heart of Tracy, Judel has returned to her birth city of Santa Clara. She gets to hear all the sounds that emanate from Levi’s stadium: the roar of the crowd from the San Francisco 49er games, the music of the concerts, and the boom of the fireworks from Great America. She’s a morning person, so those late night noises go unappreciated.
Judel is a proud San Jose State Spartan alumni, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Science in kinesiology. With her training health and movement, she has decided to level up her career and pursue Dental Hygiene. As she completes the many prerequisites for hygiene school, we have the privilege of Judel’s ball of sunshine on Wednesday and Friday mornings.
As if Judel wasn’t busy enough, she is also the store manager at Marine Layer where she leads with style, energy and a killer sense of balance. Visit her at their Santana Row store if you’re looking for a laid back California Coastal wardrobe.
Whether she’s in scrubs or styling the sales floor, Judel is always on the move and loving the hustle. Preferably with an iced coffee in hand.
Su
Dental Assistant
Su is our former summer intern. Since her goal is to become a dentist, she was matched with us through the Milpitas Youth Force. Her interest in dentistry began after her braces were removed in middle school. She was amazed at how powerful transforming a smile could be.
We’re just happy she didn’t change her mind after working with us for a couple months.
Raised in Fremont, her family moved to Milpitas during high school so she could graduate from Milpitas High School in 2025. During her time there, she smashed it as a girl’s doubles badminton player. She also held many leadership positions in several clubs, focused mainly on community service and disease prevention. Su helped organize MHS’s inaugural health fair and was honored as a 2025 PARI Foundation scholarship recipient. She’s accomplished so much in such a short period of time!
In her spare time, you’ll find Su chasing incredible views during long hikes, thrifting for the best deals, and always exploring new places to eat. Since she is left handed, we’ve challenged her to use her right hand in our office. She might be your first ambidextrous dentist!
Mynna
INSURANce Coordinator
Mynna is also a Milpitas Native who graduated from Milpitas High School. She then attended San Jose State University graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. After working for a few years, Mynna decided to take a little break from the professional world to raise her two beautiful daughters. Now that they are both young adults, Mynna is focused on her dental career. She has always enjoyed helping people, and is very happy to be doing it in a small office, rather than the vast network of social work.
Mynna works remotely since she has relocated to the Sacramento Valley. She is your advocate regarding your dental insurance. She has them on speed dial and is ready to go to bat for you.
In her spare time, Mynna is the ultimate bargain shopper and is an avid fan of Korean Dramas. If her eyes are puffy, it’s because she was up late crying over her foreign soap operas.
